I signed up for my subscription this month, but didn't receive this month's box. Will I get this month's box?  

Our cut off date to receive the current month's box is the 7th of each month. If you subscribe between the 8th and the last of the month, you will not receive your first subscription box until the following month. 

How do I know what products will be in my box?

We partner with high quality hair product brands. Each box is curated based on your hair needs. We will send you an email of what to expect in your box. You will also get a pamphlet in your box outlining what’s inside.

How do I report an issue?

How do I make changes to my billing and shipping information? 

When you subscribe to NeoTress, you created an account log-in. You can log-in at any time to make changes to your shipping and billing information. 

The subscriptions are sold out for this month. How can I get a box? 

Our subscriptions are first come, first serve. You can join our e-mail list. We will send you e-mail announcement to let you know when the list opens again. Head to our home page, and you will find a pop-up that asks for your e-mail address.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No. Currently, we only ship within the United States. You can join our mailing list and be notified when we ship to other countries. 


Do you accept returns?

No we do not accept returns. All sales are final.


I signed up for a monthly subscription. Do I need to renew my subscription every month? 

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the 15th of every month. We ship between the 5th and 8th of every month.

How do I share my picture with NeoTress? 

You can share a picture with us by posting it on your Instagram and tagging us with our handle @neotress. We often feature tagged pictures on our Instagram, especially if you show your experience with the NeoTress box.

How much is a NeoTress subscription? 

Currently, we have “The Diana Box” subscription, which offers 4-6 products and a step-by-step guide on how to achieve a hairstyle with what’s inside the box. The Diana Box is $25 per month plus shipping (and tax if you live in NY). 


Will I be able to customize what’s in my box?
At this time, we do not customize boxes.

Where can I buy the full sized product from my NeoTress box?
We encourage you to visit the websites of the various brands in the box.  


How do I cancel my subscription? 

You can log-in to your account at the top of this page to cancel your subscription at any time. 


Do I have to get the box every month? What if I want to skip a month? 

You can log-in to your account at the top of this page and make edits to your subscription at any time. This includes skipping a month if you would like.
